Are you passionate about natural hair and curly hair products? Do you have strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships with customers? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are looking for Part-Time Sales Associates to join our kiosk at Westfields White City, starting in February 2024. As a Sales Associate, you will be a vital part of our team, assisting customers in discovering the best natural hair care products and providing exceptional service.

• Passion for natural hair and curly hair products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence, empathy, and an outgoing personality
• Grit and determination to excel in a fast-paced retail environment
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations
• Maintain an organised and visually appealing kiosk display
• Assist with inventory management and restocking
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals
• Uphold our brand's values and customer service standards

Pay: Up to £10.40 per hour
